Tiffany Postma

Calgary Registered Massage Therapist

My practice is rooted in working with chronic pain, disability, trauma, postpartum recovery, and pediatric care. Over the last 5 years, I’ve developed focused training in pediatric conditions working collaboratively with physiotherapists, chiropractors and lactation consultants. I’m especially passionate about supporting infants, children, and mothers as they navigate the early stages of motherhood.

My own neurodivergence and personal healing journey have deeply shaped the way I approach massage therapy. Bodywork has been an essential part of my ability to process, regulate, and reconnect, and I strive to offer that same sense of safety and grounding to every patient I work with. I meet people exactly where they are—whether they are navigating trauma, adjusting to postpartum changes, or learning to understand their bodies for the first time.

I love working with kids and helping them build awareness of their bodies and how massage can support them. I also value working with neurodivergent clients, both speaking and non-speaking, creating a space where communication is flexible and intuitive. My treatments always prioritize the nervous system first, using a variety of techniques to help regulate and restore balance.

I tend to be talkative—until my brain shifts into hyperfocus—but this trait helps me connect dots quickly, identify meaningful patterns, and offer practical insights that support each patient’s path toward change. Above all, I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals and families feel seen, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.

Tiffany at Home

When I’m not in the clinic, I’m first and foremost a mom—an endlessly proud mother to an amazing son and a devoted human to my cat, Titan. My love for animals runs deep; before becoming a massage therapist, I worked with the Humane Society, which shaped my strong connection to all living beings and the natural world.

Originally from British Columbia, I carry the West Coast with me wherever I go. Water is my grounding place, and I seek it out every chance I get. If I’m not near a lake or river, you’ll probably find me in the forest—hugging trees, practicing forest bathing, and soaking up the kind of peace only nature can offer. Being outdoors isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s part of my nervous system care and personal healing.

Over the past five years, I’ve devoted myself to processing and healing from my own childhood trauma. It has been a transformative journey, one that has helped me reclaim my confidence as both a woman and an individual. That personal work deeply shapes how I move through the world: with intention, authenticity, and compassion.

At home, life is wonderfully creative. My son and I are always building cardboard cities, crafting tiny worlds, and letting imagination lead the way. Dance is my favorite form of energy release—whether it’s an intentional movement practice or an impromptu kitchen dance party.

Weekends often mean exploring local bakeries and brunch spots, indulging in good food and slow mornings. And for pure comfort? Reality TV, ASMR videos, and dreaming about my next trip somewhere warm.

In all areas of my life, I try to stay connected—to myself, to nature, to the people I love, and to the small joys that make life meaningful.
