Rebecca Teebay Webb

Calgary Registered Psychologist

I welcome you as you consider counselling for yourself or a loved one.

Clients and colleagues describe me as empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely caring. I’m known for going the extra mile to support clients in reaching their goals—because your healing, growth, and well-being truly matter to me. I take great pride in walking alongside people as they move toward greater health, happiness, and connection.

I have over 12 years of experience as a Registered Psychologist and specialize in trauma recovery. I support individuals who have experienced childhood or adulthood trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, attachment and abandonment wounds, depression, low self-worth, shame, grief and loss—including miscarriage and stillbirth—and those navigating ongoing stress. I also have extensive experience supporting first responders and Veterans, helping them find safety and steadiness again after overwhelming experiences.

My work is rooted in Polyvagal Theory and an appreciation that healing unfolds on many levels: psychological, emotional, somatic, relational, and in the nervous system itself. I focus on helping clients shift their physiology toward regulation, safety, and empowerment, because sustainable change begins in the body. I adapt moment-to-moment to each person’s unique needs, ensuring that therapy feels attuned, responsive, and grounded.

I draw from a diverse range of evidence-based and integrative modalities, including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Ego State Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman-informed approaches, somatic practices, clinical hypnosis, and meditation. I am trained in tools such as the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)—an acoustic vagal-nerve-based intervention—and incorporate the Rest and Restore Protocol™, a neuroscience-informed listening therapy designed to support autonomic nervous system restoration and deep regulation. Many clients have described these processes as “physiotherapy for the nervous system,” offering gentle, effective pathways toward resilience and ease.

My clients often share that my approach blends intuition with evidence-based practice, helping them feel deeply seen while gaining practical skills they can use between sessions. I strive to empower each person to reconnect with their inner wisdom, build emotional and nervous-system capacity, and move forward with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Let’s work together to support you in living your best and most authentic life.

Rebecca at Home

I'm a healer, nurturer, and I enjoy peace, tranquility, and the joy that life can bring.

My husband and I have been together for nineteen years, and we are the proud parents of two boys, aged eight and fourteen.

As a family, we love spending time outdoors. Summer often means camping trips, and winter brings us to the ski hill whenever we can make it happen. When I am not working or adventuring with my kids, I enjoy cooking, tending my garden, and making jewellery.

I was born in England and moved to Canada in 2003, and I am grateful every day to call Canada my home.
