Ketamine Assisted Therapy
What Do You Want To Heal?
Our customized and holistic treatments enable healing that targets your symptoms and barriers efficiently and effectively. Whether your goals are self-acceptance, embracing your true authentic self with self-compassion, and self-love, finding your purpose and life path, healing from past traumas, overcoming limiting beliefs, or other challenges or goals. Our treatments can support you in achieving your goals so that you can get on with enjoying life.
Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) expedites the therapeutic process and the brain and body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Our treatments offer a true holistic approach that tackle the symptoms, provide nervous system regulation, heal the trauma, and provide coping skills, and somatic healing.
Achieve your therapeutic goals and live a more fulfilling life.
Individual Treatment
Soul Healing Psychology provides a custom approach that tackles your unique symptoms using the best of evidence-based treatments for the mind, body, and nervous system, combined with ketamine-assisted therapy. This process begins with an intake with your therapist, as well as a psychiatric consultation with our medical director, one-on-one psychotherapy, treatment with ketamine, and psychedelic integration sessions. Depending upon your symptoms and medical challenges, treatment may also include somatic therapy, vagal nerve stimulation, and other holistic evidence-based approaches to healing.
Combination: Individual and Group Treatment Experience
Group KAT treatment allows clients to set individual goals and experience one-on-one customized psychotherapy with their therapist. Ketamine administration is experienced in a group environment. Following each group ketamine treatment, clients experience an individual integration session that takes place one-on-one with their therapist. Combination treatments approaches are also available to provide expedited mind, body, and nervous system healing.
What To Expect
Intake and Assessment
Participate in a comprehensive consultation with one of our therapists to assess whether ketamine is the right fit for you. We’ll work with you to establish your therapeutic goals, review your mental health history, and explain what to expect. Our medical director will then meet with you and a comprehensive treatment plan is developed by our medical team, with your goals in mind, if ketamine-assisted therapy is appropriate.
The Experience
You’ll be guided by your therapist and our medical team in a safe, calm, and spa-like environment, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout the experience.
A KAT session itself typically lasts around 2 hours. Administration of the ketamine will take place during an individual session, group session, or a combination of the two options over the course of treatment, depending upon the client’s preference. Together with your therapist, and our medical team, you will choose between receiving a low dose or high dose experience.
Integration
In the days following the KAT session, we’ll work together to process your experience. Integration is a critical part of this therapy, allowing you to apply the insights gained during the session to your everyday life. The integration process may be different depending upon your unique symptoms. Clients may benefit from therapeutic or somatic interventions between ketamine experiences to assist in processing and releasing the symptoms.
Somatic and Nervous System Healing
A major difference between Soul Healing Psychology and other KAT providers is our appreciation that trauma and its associated symptoms are often held somatically within the body and nervous system. As well as KAT, our clients often benefit from somatic healing approaches, breathwork, vagal nerve stimulation and other holistic approaches between their KAT experiences. These techniques help to release pent-up physical and emotional tensions, providing relief from PTSD, chronic pain, anxiety disorders, and other conditions
