If you've felt the call and found yourself here, you are already moving in the right direction. It's never too late to begin or to gather tools that will help you continue on your journey of self-discovery. My curiosity about the human experience began in childhood and has grown through three decades of education and practice. I am passionate about guiding those who feel the need to connect more deeply with themselves but seek support in understanding how to achieve this.
My academic journey began in Edmonton, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology, exploring the foundations of what makes us who we are. I later expanded my studies in Australia, delving into Human Development and Neuroscience, where I learned about the complexities behind who we become. My personal experiences and introspection led me into the mystical realms of psycho-spiritual work, where I integrated tools to explore the interplay between our individual and collective selves. I also completed an advanced diploma in Transpersonal Counselling, which incorporated shamanic techniques for holistic healing.
Trauma often compels us to create versions of ourselves as protective mechanisms. Understanding these patterns and the limiting beliefs that arise from them is crucial for healing. By providing a safe space, I support you in mapping your emotional patterns, identifying unconscious blocks, and navigating through life’s challenges toward a more fulfilling existence.
Recently, my work in Therapeutic Arts has allowed me to incorporate multi-modal approaches to meet your unique needs. Through felt sense, sound, imagery, movement, and gestures, we can co-create representations of your inner experiences. This process deepens our understanding of your inner landscape and illuminates a path forward.
If you are struggling with anxiety, fear, grief, or a sense of disconnection—or if you're navigating major life transitions such as relationship changes, loss, or parenthood—I am here to walk alongside you. I offer a safe and curious space for exploring both the practical and existential dimensions of your experiences, helping you uncover wisdom and insight about yourself.
I specialise in working with individuals during all stages of psychedelic-assisted therapy, including preparation, sitting with clients during their medicine sessions, and post-session integration. This full-spectrum support allows me to help clients make sense of the profound insights they gain during the medicine work. My personal journey with psychedelics has deeply influenced my approach, allowing me to assist clients in navigating the powerful, sometimes life-altering, effects of these medicines.
In psychedelic-assisted therapy, my role is to be your compassionate witness as we explore both the discomfort and the beauty of your authentic self. Together, we will move forward, understanding more about who you are and how to heal from within.

Leslie at Home
After living in Australia for 20 years, I recently returned to Canada to spend time with my family. I am learning the art of 'empty nesting' as my adult children take on exploring the world. I have a profound desire for adventure and I recently finished walking the Camino Frances across Spain.
While at home, I enjoy the company of my Mini Australian Shepherd, Bella, my two cats, Prince and Zeus, and I enjoy the mountains, walks in nature, yoga and catching up with friends for coffee chats. My time in Australia informed me more of who I am and offered me the tools I needed to heal before coming back to Canada to work on some residual trauma from my childhood and divorce. Like my own Hero's Journey, I too walked a path of self discovery while slaying dragons, finally to come out on the other side to offer my gifts to my clients. I invite you to come walk with me.
