Canadian Certified Addictions Counsellor MSW, RSW, CCAC
If you’ve found your way here, you are searching for something more—and I see you. Welcome to a safe space where your journey of healing and self-discovery begins. As a therapist by training and an intuitive healer by calling, I am dedicated to guiding you through the transformative power of psychedelic therapy.
Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed the profound impact of trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression on individuals and their loved ones. Despite any challenges, I believe in the potential for transformation and growth, even in the most painful circumstances.
Psychedelic therapy offers a powerful opportunity to go beyond traditional methods, accessing deeper layers of consciousness where true healing can occur. Our bodies hold onto the memories of traumatic experiences, and through the guided use of psychedelics, we can explore these stored emotions, release long-held pain, and reconnect with our true selves. This process is not just about healing—it’s an elevated form of self-care, a return to wholeness.
Healing through psychedelic therapy can be both challenging and profoundly rewarding. My commitment to you is to create a compassionate space where we can navigate the full spectrum of emotions—laughter, tears, and the moments of insight that arise from facing life’s complexities. In our sessions, we’ll work together to transform pain into resilience, helping you reconnect with a sense of purpose, strength, and self-compassion. Wherever you are on your path, I’m here to support you in finding hope, healing, and a deeper connection to yourself and those around you. Together, we will embrace the power of transformation and uncover the extraordinary potential within you.

Kate at Home
I am a mother, an adventurer, a hobby farmer, yoga lover (although so not flexible) and a collector of graffiti art. I have survived traumatic loss and deep pain, lived to build positive relationship post divorce, remarry, and lean into the struggles of a blended family and new ways of being. I love spicy food, dystopian movies, fainting goats, epic debates and all the awkward vulnerable moments that come with being human. I write cheesy poems for fun and mostly they sound like cringey hallmark cards (and my family pretends to love them). I believe that it is an honour to be allowed to walk with someone through healing and am grateful every day to get to do this work, to witness growth and change.
